How to get "Guardian" access in Sportsengine for a player:

The person that signed up the player for this year is automatically the primary account manager.  That person can provide guardian level access to any other person for that child's account.  This will allow that person to see all schedules, chats, communications and manage RSVP's.  

1. The primary account manager (who signed up the player for the current season) logs into the Sportsengine App.
2. Click on the team your player is rostered
3. Click on roster
4. Click on your players name
5. Click the blue pencil in the bottom right
6. Click add guardian (enter email address of the person you would like to add)
7. The recipient will receive the email and accept the invitation. 

The recipient will need to have a Sportsengine account (download the app and sign up).
